The objectives of this Programme is to prepare a candidate to appear for the examinations of Phase I and for the Certificate of Competency as Chief Mate of a Foreign-going Ship.

Seafarer holding a 2nd Mate COC of foreign going ship with 9 months sea service in FG ships of 500 GT or more
